Community College of San Francisco (CCSF) "As-Needed" IOR Services, 2001 - continuing
Numerous modernization and improvement projects using up to four concurrent inspectors over last four years. A few of the projects include: Cloud Hall Modernization, Downtown Campus Fire Alarm Upgrade, John Adams Campus Modernization, Visual Arts Campus Modernization, Reroofing of Science Hall, Conlan Hall Mechanical Upgrade, Elevator Upgrade at Cloud and Science Halls, and the Science Hall Electrical Upgrade.
Inspectors assigned to this project include Edward King, Edward Poon, William Hanamura, Ora Hackworth, Michael Watkins and Ken Zehringer.
Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center, San Leandro, 2004 - 2007
This is a new 360 bed full-service justice facility for the youth of Alameda County which will include Court facilities and Administrative offices in 360,000 square feet of Type I Construction. The Detention Center will meet requirements of the California Board of Corrections and DSA (Title 24 of the UBC) for construction. This projects will total $135 million in construction costs and is a design/build, fast track delivery method.

San Carlos Unified School District, Capital Construction Program, continuous since 1998
$60 million capital construction program utilizing up to 4 concurrent project inspectors over a 7 year period. Some of the project include: new construction at Tierra Linda Middle School, five school modernizations under one contract, new construction and modernization at Brittan Acres, Heather Elementary, White Oaks Elementary, Tierra Linda Middle, and Central Middle School as well as relocatable buildings at 3 of the above construction sites.

Mills-Peninsula Hospital, Redwood City, IOR Services continuous since 1998
Inspector of Record services for various projects including structural/1961 Building voluntary seismic upgrade, the new Cancer Center remodel/upgrade, OP Surgery, Phase III, 1978 building exiting revisions, fire alarm system replacement, Phase I and II Radiology waiting area remodel, and SOC fire sprinkler upgrade. Inspections were performed for reinforced concrete, shotcrete, structural steel, light gauge framing rated door, walls and ceilings, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and casework.

West Contra Costa Unified School District, "As-Needed" IOR Services, 1992 - 2003
Numerous modernization and improvement projects using up to three concurrent inspectors over an 11 year period. Some of the projects include: Locker Room Pavilion for Hercules High School and Middle School, Portola Middle School Modernization, Helms Middle School Modernization, Quick Start Project of 2003 for 8 schools, and over 200 DSA Relocatable Buildings at various school site.
