KCI, Inc. provides Inspector of Record Services for school, hospital and essential facility construction projects for public and private sector clients. Most of the assignements are of many years duration, as in the case of "as-needed" contracts for large facilities management programs, or for single large construction projects.

KCI, Inc has a staff of certified DSA and OSHPD inspectors that regularly provide Quality Assurance inspection for projects of any size and complexity. The IOR's are versed in local building codes, and are especially knowledgeable with the requirements of Title 24 of the California Building Code for school projects and with the requirements of OSHPD for California hospital construction projects.

Clients include the Community College of San Francisco (CCSF), West Contra Costa Unified School District, San Francisco Unified School District, Albany Unified School District, Antioch Unified School District, San Carlos Unified School District, University of California San Francisco Medical Center Facilities Management, and the Mills Peninsula Hospital.
